New for this year is the high point score system that is applied.
The total winner of Nokia Oops Cup will be the boat with the highest score after the final race leg.
Nokia Oops Cup consists of six City Races, three Offshore Races, Faerder Race and Eurocard Gotland Runt. The races are all scored equal with the factor 1.
The City Races include Course Races and Speed Duels alternatively Speed Races.
The Course Races constitutes 75 percent of the City Race and the Speed Duels/Speed Races constitutes 25 percent.
If two or more of the boats have the same total score in the end of the City Race, it will be settled in favour of the boat with the best results in the Speed Duels/Speed Races.
A boat that doesn't start or is disqualified will receive no points.
A boat that doesn't complete the race will receive no points and will lose their best city score.
